Marchesa

Fashion week is heating up and some of the most-anticipated designers of the season have already rolled out their stunning collections. Marc Jacobs, Derek Lam, Zac Posen, Rodarte, Max Azria, Alexander Wang, and so many more have graced the runways of New York City in the past weeks, showing off their latest works to eager, fashion-hungry eyes.

One collection that caught our eye this week came from Emma's favorite design label, Marchesa. Each season the design duo of Georgina Chapman and Karen Craig debut jaw-dropping pieces; hand painted gowns and intricate beading are some of their specialties. Thier erethral, exsquisite, and artistic take on gowns has proven them to be some of the most talented designers in the game, focusing on soft shapes and lots of draping. Their Spring 2013 collection is no different: inspired by the colors, fabrics, and traditional clothing of India, the pieces shown in this collection stun as each and every one of thier other collections has done thus far. Here are some of our favorite looks.
